VA Amends System of Records for Health Care Provider Credentialing and Privileging Records

The Department of Veterans Affairs is updating its system of records, Health Care Provider Credentialing and Privileging Records-VA, by changing the system number and revising the system notice to reflect changes in system location, categories of individuals covered, and purposes, among other updates.
