Migratory Bird Permits; Regulations Governing Rehabilitation Activities and Permit Exceptions

The proposed regulation would establish a new permit category for migratory bird rehabilitation activities, allowing for the care of sick, injured, or orphaned migratory birds with the goal of releasing them back into the wild. The rule would also grant a permit exception to public officials tracking infectious diseases.
