Union Pacific Railroad Company Seeks AAR Meeting to Address Interchange Delays

The Surface Transportation Board has initiated a proceeding to address interchange delays, and the Union Pacific Railroad Company is requesting the Association of American Railroads to convene a meeting with railroads, shippers, and other parties to develop proposals for resolving traffic delays associated with car interchange.
