VA Establishes New System of Records: Gulf War Registry--VA

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is required to publish a notice in the Federal Register about its new system of records, the Gulf War Registry--VA (93VA131), which is a system of records that exists to characterize the character of the system. The VA is establishing this system of records in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
