NASA Proposes Update to Safety and Health Rule

NASA proposes to update its Safety and Health rule to align with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Transportation regulations, removing references to the Service Contract Act and Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, and clarifying the use of Safety and Health Plans in contracts and solicitations.
