USDA Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for B-Line Phase III Pipeline Project

The USDA Forest Service plans to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) to assess whether to permit the South Tahoe Public Utility District to build Phase III of the B-Line Export Pipeline, a sewer pipeline replacement project in El Dorado County, California, which would extend from South Lake Tahoe to the Tahoe Basin boundary.
