US Department of Commerce Updates FOIA and Privacy Regulations

The Department of Commerce has revised its regulations on the Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and declassification of national security information, implementing changes from the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996 and Executive Order 12958, and introducing a new duplication fee.
