Federal Transit Administration to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Light Rail Transit Project in Utah

The Federal Transit Administration, in partnership with the Wasatch Front Regional Council and Utah Transit Authority, will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed light rail transit connection between the 2100 South Light Rail Station and the cities of West Valley City and Taylorsville in the Salt Lake City area, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act.
