Revised Public Utility Filing Requirements

As contemplated in the notice of proposed rulemaking issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) earlier in this proceeding, Revised Public Utility Filing Requirements, (66 FR 40929), FERC Stats. & Regs. para. 32,554 (2001) (NOPR), this order invites comment on a proposed set of uniform data elements for public utilities' quarterly electronic filings that would accompany the final rule. Uniform data sets are necessary to ensure that the requested data is reported in a consistent, informative manner by all reporting public utilities.
