FRA Delays Blood Testing Procedures Due to Expired Blood Tubes

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is delaying the replacement of blood tubes used for post-accident toxicology testing due to their expiration dates, which will be resolved when new tubes become available in early 2002.
