NRC Announces Final Guidance on Materials Licenses for General Licensees

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has released the final version of NUREG-1556, Volume 16, which provides consolidated guidance on materials licenses for general licensees, following a redesign of its material licensing process and a parallel rulemaking process for 10 CFR parts 30-171.
