Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Reporting of Defects and Noncompliance

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection for reporting defects and noncompliance, which is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and affects approximately 70 firms and organizations involved in nuclear activities, with an estimated annual reporting burden of 12,565 hours.
