Federal Acquisition Regulation; Final Contract Voucher Submission

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify the contracting officer's authority to determine the final contract payment amount if the contractor fails to submit the final invoice or voucher within the specified timeframe.
