Federal Acquisition Regulation; Application of Labor Clauses Finalized

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify labor clauses below the simplified acquisition threshold and revise the Equal Opportunity clause to include exceptions for work performed outside the US.
