Federal Acquisition Regulation to Update Contract Terms for Commercial Items

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to update the clause on contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or Executive Orders for commercial items, in response to recent Executive Orders and statutes.
