U.S. International Trade Commission Reverses Patent Decision, Terminates Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has reversed a decision by a presiding administrative law judge, finding that patent claims were not indefinite, and terminated an investigation with no violation of Tariff Act of 1930 found.
