Brake Rotors From China - Expedited Review Scheduled by USITC

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is scheduling an expedited review to determine if revoking the antidumping duty on brake rotors from China would lead to continued material injury. The review will be based on the Tariff Act of 1930 and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.
