Certain Ammonium Octamolybdate Isomers; Notice of Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging that Climax Molybdenum Company is being unfairly harmed by the importation of certain ammonium octamolybdate isomers, which infringe on a U.S. patent.
