FDA Announces Submission of Information Collection for OMB Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that it has submitted a proposal to collect information from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, specifically for advertising and promotional labeling for drugs and biologics for human use.
