FDA Publishes Draft Guidance for Hip Joint Metal/Polymer Prostheses

The FDA has released a draft guidance document to support the reclassification of hip joint metal/polymer constrained cemented or uncemented prosthesis into Class II, in conjunction with a proposed rule published elsewhere in the Federal Register.
