U.S. Amends ITAR Regulations to Remove Tajikistan and Serbia from Proscribed Destinations

The U.S. Department of State has updated the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to remove Tajikistan and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (also known as Serbia and Montenegro) from the list of countries subject to stricter export controls, while also providing additional guidance on the regulations.
