Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Request for Grant Proposals: Youth Leadership Program for Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking proposals from eligible non-profit organizations to conduct a three-week youth leadership program in the US for secondary school students and teachers from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Funding will be provided through the Support for East European Democracy (SEED) Act.
