U.S. Department of Immigration to Implement Electronic System for Monitoring Nonimmigrant Visas

The U.S. Department of Immigration will launch the Interim Student and Exchange Authentication System (ISEAS) to track visa applications for foreign students and exchange visitors entering the U.S. in F-1, M-1, or J-1 categories, with a deadline of September 11, 2002.
