U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Chlorinated Isocyanurates from Spain Were Sold at Normal Value, Rescinds Administrative Review for Two Companies

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that chlorinated isocyanurates imported from Spain were sold in the U.S. market at or above their normal value during the review period, leading to the rescission of an administrative review for two companies.
