Revised Jurisdictional Thresholds for Section 8 of the Clayton Act

The Federal Trade Commission has announced revised thresholds for interlocking directorates under Section 8 of the Clayton Act, which prohibit competing corporations from having certain individuals serve as directors or officers if their combined capital and profits exceed $18,193,000 and $1,819,300, respectively. The new thresholds, effective immediately, are based on the annual revision required by Section 8(a)(5).
