FTC Announces Plan to Request Public Comments on Rules and Guides

The Federal Trade Commission is conducting a systematic review of its rules and guides and plans to solicit public comments on the rules and guides listed below, with the goal of assessing their economic impact, potential conflicts with other laws, and the effects of industry changes, before making any final determinations in 2002.
