FTC Requests Extension of Funeral Industry Practices Rule Information Collection Clearance
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking to extend the clearance for information collection requirements in its Funeral Industry Practices Rule until March 30, 2005, following a reevaluation of public comment on its Paperwork Reduction Act burden estimates.
