Major Portion Prices and Due Dates for Additional Royalty Payments on Indian Gas Production in Designated Areas Not Associated With an Index Zone

The US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has released final regulations requiring the determination of major portion values for Indian gas production in designated areas, with a deadline for industry to pay additional royalties based on these values, as mandated by the 1999 regulations published on August 10, 1999.
