Coast Guard Publishes Quarterly Notice on Temporary Regulations

The US Coast Guard has issued a quarterly notice outlining temporary local regulations, drawbridge rules, security zones, and safety zones that went into effect between April 1, 2000, and June 30, 2000, due to the inability to publish them in the Federal Register.
