DoD Releases Interim Policy on Land Use Controls for Environmental Restoration Activities

The Department of Defense has released an interim policy on land use controls associated with environmental restoration activities, signed by Deputy Under Secretary of Defense Sherri Goodman on August 31, 2000, to provide a framework for managing land use controls on transferred federal property and active installations.
