TVA Proposes Updates to Tennessee River System Regulations

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is proposing amendments to its regulations governing the construction and operation of structures along the Tennessee River and its tributaries, including updates to rules for underground storage tanks, marina sewage systems, and wastewater outfalls, as well as a new provision for sanitation on nonnavigable houseboats.
