Proposed Program Guidelines for the Victims of Crime Act Victim Compensation Grant Program

The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), United States Department of Justice (DOJ) is publishing Proposed Program Guidelines to implement the victim compensation grant program as authorized by the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 (VOCA), as amended, 42 U.S.C. 10601, et seq. Solicitation of Comments: The public is invited to provide comments to these Proposed Program Guidelines. All comments must be sent (either by conventional mail or electronic mail) to Carol R.
