Science Advisory Board to Hold Open Meeting

The Science Advisory Board (SAB), established in 1997, will hold an open meeting on September 29, 2000, to provide input on the quality of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) science programs and their application to resource management, with a public participation period and time for direct comments.
