Notice of Availability of Proposed Resource Management Plan Amendment and Final Environmental Impact Statement for El Malpais National Conservation Area

The Bureau of Land Management has released a proposed plan for managing the El Malpais National Conservation Area and surrounding lands for the next 20 years, including recommendations for wilderness areas and additional land protection.
