Montana Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Plan Amendment

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is announcing receipt of a proposed amendment to Montana's abandoned mine land reclamation plan, which aims to revise the plan to be consistent with the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 and improve operational efficiency.
