Federal Maritime Commission Publishes Updated List of Controlled Carriers Under the Shipping Act of 1984

The Federal Maritime Commission has released an updated list of ocean common carriers operating in U.S.-foreign trades that are owned or controlled by foreign governments, subject to special regulatory oversight under the Shipping Act of 1984.
