Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is reviewing a paperwork collection, which was previously approved under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is seeking public comments on the extension of this collection, which was first announced in a Federal Register notice on May 9, 2000.
