SEC Approves Rule Changes for Trust Issued Receipts Listing on Chicago and American Stock Exchanges

The US Securities and Exchange Commission has approved proposed rule changes and amendments by the Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. and the American Stock Exchange LLC, allowing for the listing and trading of trust issued receipts on these exchanges.
