Executive Office for Immigration Review Extends Public Comment Period for Section 212(c) Relief

The Executive Office for Immigration Review is reopening the public comment period for a proposed rule allowing certain lawful permanent residents in deportation proceedings before April 24, 1996, to apply for relief from deportation, from July 18, 2000, through October 18, 2000.
