FTC Requests OMB Extension of Franchise Rule Clearance for Three Years

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the clearance for information collection requirements under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) for the FTC's Franchise Rule, which expires on November 30, 2023, for an additional three years.
