EPA Proposes Settlement with AirTouch Communications, Inc. Over Clean Water Act Violations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has entered into a proposed consent agreement with AirTouch Communications, Inc. to resolve violations of the Clean Water Act, following the discovery of inadequate Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans for diesel oil storage facilities.
