The Office of Elementary and Secondary Education is seeking new grant applications for its Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Models on College Campuses program, which aims to prevent substance abuse on college campuses, as part of its Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities initiative for Fiscal Year 2001.
