EPA Proposes Approval of Maryland's Nitrogen Oxides Control Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Maryland, which requires major nitrogen oxide-emitting sources to implement reasonably available control technology to reduce emissions.
