EPA Approves Missouri's State Implementation Plan and Operating Permits Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Missouri's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) and operating permits program, which includes changes to the state's submission of emission data, emission fees, and process information rule, as well as the removal of the General Organization rule.
