EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Hazardous Air Pollutant Emissions from PET Production

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a direct final rule related to the emission standards for poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) production due to adverse comments received on the rule, which was published on August 29, 2000.
