Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Program: Miscellaneous Changes and Clarifications and Plain Language Rewrite

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing a complete rewrite of the Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) regulations. We are changing the format of the regulations and using plain language to make the regulations easier to understand. We are also proposing some miscellaneous changes, clarifications, and corrections, which are spelled out in the Supplementary Information.
