FHWA Issues Environmental Impact Statement Notice for Proposed Highway Project in New Hampshire

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) for a proposed highway project in Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties, New Hampshire, following a previously published Notice of Intent in 1992, which was put on hold pending the development of a Statewide Transportation Model.
