BLM Proposes Plan Amendment to Resolve Trespasses in New Mexico

The Bureau of Land Management is proposing an amendment to its Farmington Resource Management Plan to dispose of public land and resolve two occupancy trespasses in San Juan County, New Mexico, through direct sale to the unauthorized users.
