US Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Rule for Bridge Operations in New York City

The US Coast Guard is setting a temporary rule to manage the operation of three bridges in New York City, allowing the bridge owner to close them on November 5, 2000, for public safety and the New York City Marathon event.
