US Navy and Coast Guard Agree to Pay for Superfund Cleanup at Four Sites

The US Navy and US Coast Guard have proposed administrative agreements to cover past and future cleanup costs at four contaminated Superfund sites in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, resolving claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
